Train strike archive
The complete historical record of Italian rail strike notices, year by year: which went ahead and which were called off.
The archive covers Italian rail strike notices from 18 January 2021, updated on 26 October 2026: 794 strike notices in total. A strike notice is not a strike that happened: the count also includes ones later called off and ones still scheduled.
Of these, 729 have a confirmed outcome from the Ministry: 515 went ahead, 214 were called off. For the other 65 the outcome is not known yet.
